A golf cart is a particularly challenging object to wrap, as it contains extreme contours and small, unforgiving panels. With dozens of golf carts needing decals, we decided to develop our own 3D model based on countless measurements and photos.

Using a 3D model for our design process allowed us to produce printed decals that are highly accurate, though they still took a great deal of skill to install – fortunately, our 3M Certified installers were up to the task. The 3D model also allowed us to produce accurate artwork proofs, and helped our designer to spot any trouble areas before we even hit “print” on the finalized design.
